Not all providers may work during these hours, due to surgery, on-call hours, etc. Contact the front office at 325-3515, ext. 451 to schedule, cancel or reschedule any appointments. There is a $25.00 charge for appointments that are not canceled/rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment time.
